The Chuangxing HD19N model is a benchtop urine and saliva drug testing device based on colloidal gold immunochromatography technology. Utilising urine and saliva colloidal gold test strips, it rapidly generates qualitative test results, capable of detecting dozens of drugs and supporting combination test panels (such as two-in-one and three-in-one). The device permits fingerprint and signature registration for colloidal gold test strips during testing. Its highly automated sample loading and strip reading design significantly streamlines operational procedures and enhances testing efficiency. Featuring high sensitivity and specificity, it effectively minimises false positive and false negative outcomes. An integrated data management system comprehensively records the testing process, ensuring result traceability and regulatory compliance.
Test Procedure Allow the urine specimen to equilibrate to room temperature (approximately 25 °C). Do not open the test kit package until ready for use.
Remove the test card from the foil pouch, label it with the patient or specimen ID, and place it on a flat horizontal surface.
Using a disposable dropper, add 3 drops of urine sample to the sample well (S) of the test card. Wait for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, read the test result. Colored lines will appear on the test strip corresponding to the target drugs.
