II. Product Background With rapid globalization and social development, drug-related crimes in China show a rising trend of high incidence and abuse. Relevant national authorities attach great importance to scientific research on drug control, among which improving drug testing technology has become a key part.

III. Advantages of Hair Testing As a legally recognized biological testing sample, hair has incomparable advantages.
There are dense capillaries around hair follicles. Drugs or pharmaceuticals in the blood enter the scalp follicles during hair growth and are fixed by keratin in the hair. Hair containing drugs will grow out of the scalp surface in about 3–5 days. Hair grows at a relatively stable speed. Based on this mechanism, the type, duration and dosage of drug abuse can be estimated, which is the significance of trace testing.
Hair drug trace testing technology also has unique strengths:long detection window, comprehensive drug abuse information, sample resistance to corruption, easy collection, easy storage and repeatable sampling.
Among them, long detection window is the most prominent advantage. According to hair length, it can reflect drug use from several weeks to several months, with a maximum detectable history of 3–6 months. IV. Technical Principle Time-Resolved Fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) is a special fluorescence analysis developed on the basis of Fluoroimmunoassay (FIA).
It uses lanthanide elements to label antigens or antibodies. Based on the luminescence properties of lanthanide chelates, fluorescence is measured by time-resolved technology, with wavelength and time as dual parameters for signal resolution, which effectively eliminates interference from non-specific fluorescence and greatly improves analytical sensitivity.
Fluorescence analysis overcomes the influence of stray light in conventional UV-Vis spectrophotometry by the large difference between fluorescence wavelength and excitation wavelength. Meanwhile, unlike conventional spectrophotometry, the photoelectric receiver is not aligned with the excitation light, so excitation light cannot reach the receiver directly, greatly improving optical sensitivity.
However, for ultra-micro analysis, the influence of stray light from excitation light becomes severe and becomes the bottleneck for sensitivity improvement.
The ideal solution is to perform measurement without excitation light. Conventional fluorescent labels have extremely short fluorescence lifetimes — fluorescence disappears as soon as excitation light stops. However, a small number of rare earth metals (Eu, Tb, Sm, Dy) have long fluorescence lifetimes of 1–2 ms, meeting measurement requirements. This led to the creation of Time-Resolved Fluoroimmunoassay: an analytical method that uses long-acting fluorescent markers and measures fluorescence intensity after the excitation light is turned off.
